Justin Spivey Joins K&H Philadelphia

Please join us in welcoming Justin M. Spivey, Associate Principal, to the Klein & Hoffman team in Philadelphia, bringing extensive expertise in historic preservation, adjacent construction, dispute resolution, and structural engineering.

Justin’s technical skill and collaborative approach extend throughout his distinguished portfolio, which includes structures that are of national significance and/or located on constrained urban sites. Licensed as a professional engineer in ten states and recognized as an APT Fellow, he thrives in working with multidisciplinary project teams to meet complex challenges, which have ranged from embassy construction to large-scale public sculpture, most recently the “Beyond Granite: Pulling Together” exhibition on the National Mall.

At Klein & Hoffman, Justin will lead engineering and historic preservation projects, applying his expertise and innovative solutions to support condition assessment, design of rehabilitation and adaptive use, and construction oversight for projects involving existing and historic structures.

Fun Fact: Justin’s passion for using structural expertise to bring artistic visions to life grew out of three trips to the Burning Man Festival in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert.

Please join us in welcoming Justin to the team!
