K&H Chicago Welcomes Phillip Miller

K&H welcomes Phillip Miller, joining our A/E Team as an Associate V. Phill has a wide variety of skills and experience, ranging from reserve studies to roofing and building envelope assessments and solutions planning. Phill has 18+ years in the CRE industry working across all property types for clients throughout the continental United States as well as abroad with a primary concentration on roofing system evaluation and rehabilitation planning. Outside of work, his free time is spent with his 20 month-old daughter Mikaela.Phill and his wife Marina and are also avid runners, and they recently returned from running the Berlin Marathon! (Mikaela also ran her first official race, the 200-meter Bambini Lauf!)
