We are in a truly unprecedented situation as the global pandemic affects our families, communities, and businesses. During this time, Klein and Hoffman (“K&H”) is committed to ensuring the safety of our employees and clients. To that end, we are complying with the following COVID-19 standards:
We are routinely collecting information from our employees regarding any potential exposure to COVID-19.
We are requiring any sick or potentially exposed employees to stay home and self-quarantine.
We are promoting safe workplace practices by emphasizing respiratory etiquette (cover coughs and sneezes) and hand hygiene by all employees.
We are providing our employees with masks or are requiring employees to bring their own masks.
We are training our employees how to properly put on, use/wear and take off protective clothing and equipment.
We are requiring our employees to practice social distancing of at least 6’ where possible.
We clean and disinfect common areas, bathrooms, and hand sanitizing stations regularly.
We are providing tissues, no-touch disposal receptacles, hand sanitizer and soap/water.
We are performing environmental cleaning of our workplace with the recommended safety standards and the CDC’s requirements.
Klein and Hoffman is committed to providing a safe environment for our employees and our clients. To that effect, we have empowered our employees to remove themselves from a workplace, project site, or similar facility at any time if they believe appropriate safety practices are not being followed.
