Have you ever wondered how the royalty of the beer industry, Capt. Frederick and Maria Pabst lived in the gilded age of the 1890s? Here’s an opportunity to witness history as Klein & Hoffman embarks on a magnificent restoration journey of the Pabst Mansion, a 20,000sf Flemish Renaissance Revival-style architectural wonder that was once the epitome of lavish living.
According to Jocelyn Slocum, Director of Operations and Curatorial Affairs of the Pabst Mansion Inc., we’re preserving one of the last surviving grand mansions from Milwaukee’s past. Morgan Sweet, CFRE, Director of Advancement for Pabst Mansion, emphasizes the need to tackle issues like water infiltration while respecting the building’s original design, a sentiment echoed by Todd Gorrell.
Led by David Weirick, AIA, and Todd Gorrell from our Milwaukee office, this project aims to resurrect the mansion’s former grandeur. In collaboration with the Pabst Mansion Inc. team, we are committed to resolving long-standing issues and securing the longevity of this architectural treasure.
