Please join us in congratulating Allysia Youngquist, RA, and Terry McDonald, SE, PE on their recent promotions to Principal.
Allysia Youngquist, RA, joined K&H in 2002 and leads the building enclosure roofing and waterproofing department within our A/E group. Allysia has served as Project Principal for many building envelope projects and assessments, bringing a unique perspective in all facets of the project delivery process. Her project portfolio consists of notable hospitality, commercial, and higher education clients including The Drake Hotel, Deer Path Inn, Shedd Aquarium, O’Hare Airport, Loyola University, and several residential high-rise buildings. Allysia is an active member of IIBEC’s Chicago Chapter as Secretary and is on the IIBEC National Chapter’s Ethics Committee.
Terry McDonald, SE, PE, joined K&H in 2004 and manages our structural engineering group and serves as Project Principal and Project Manager using his specialized experience in adaptive reuse, structural renovation, and condition assessments of existing buildings. Terry’s diverse project portfolio includes adaptive reuse and key structural renovation projects including Old Joliet Prison, Chicago Union Station, Shedd Aquarium, Loyola University, Merchandise Mart, and numerous condominium investigations and rehabilitations.
Allysia and Terry serve on the K&H Board of Directors, and are recognized for their valuable contributions, excellence, and dedication. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and growth.
