K&H provided a third-party evaluation related to the lateral stability of light gage framing supporting the building envelope of a 24-story high-rise retirement and skilled nursing care facility. As a result of this review, services were further expanded to include development of a window replacement program as well as necessary supplemental structural reinforcement to the GFRC panels and window systems for this design-build repair project.
