The Valley Forge Towers complex consists of three fifteen-story buildings. While planning and budgeting for immediate and future maintenance and repair costs, the South Tower Condominium Association became concerned about cracks in several concrete balcony planks. K&H assessed the balconies, adjacent brick façade elements, exposed aggregate panels and the existing aluminum window systems. Work was expanded to include preparation of construction documents for the balcony repairs and the provision of bidding and construction administration services.
