This one-story, 713 SF building with stucco finish over cinder block back-up was constructed in the 1930s to serve as a gatehouse for the Edison Memorial Tower, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  The gatehouse has since been converted into a museum gallery.  K&H provided a preliminary condition assessment and recommended methodologies for further, detailed investigation and repairs.
