Since 1992, K&H has served as Architect/Engineer of Record for the owners of this 22-story concrete frame condominium building. We have successfully completed many multi-phase rehabilitation programs to restore the buildings’ exterior envelope. Assignments have included, ordinance examinations, long-term repairs, shelf and lintel angle replacement, polychromatic terra cotta repairs/replacement, brick rebuilding/replacement, tuck-pointing, sealant replacement, roof and parapet wall repairs, ornamental cast iron entrance canopy restoration and fire-escape repairs.
