Of concern was the structural stability of three of the seven buildings on the St. Mary’s Hall/Doane Academy campus, which dates from 1837 to 1920 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. K&H performed a condition assessment and submitted a letter report proposing stabilization procedures and prevention of accelerated deterioration. K&H further provided design services and construction administration for the emergency stabilization.
