K&H performed an assessment of the parking garage structure, the pool deck and entrance drive, in order to comply with the 40-year Building Safety Inspection mandated by the City of Miami Beach and the County of Miami-Dade. Subsequently, an engineering report was prepared that presented the Owners with options for repairs followed by construction documents that incorporated repair details congruent with the selected option. To ensure proper implementation of the project specifications, K&H’s services continued during bidding and construction.
