K&H was challenged with providing a completely new and contemporary exterior façade system and a new visual aesthetic to this distinctive building in Chicago’s historic Pullman area.  The design solution included a complete re-cladding of the building façade, erection of a unique over-cladding of the existing curtainwall system and replacement of the deteriorating aggregate panel system with a high quality granite enclosure.  All completed with minimal disruption to the existing interior office spaces.
