Klein and Hoffman - Structural and Restoration Engineers

Completed in the mid-1980’s Philadelphia’s treatment facilities were considered to be exemplary models of the improvements achievable under the Clean Water Act.
Klein and Hoffman as structural Engineer of Record, was an active participant in the extensive renovation, upgrading and expansion of these wastewater treatment plants.  The need to design high quality, state-of-the art facilities within a limited space and maintain existing operations throughout construction were particular challenges.
