Klein and Hoffman - Structural and Restoration Engineers

A rapidly growing population and increased land area usage necessitated the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant. Design of the plant began at one site and one third of the way through the project negotiations for a new site was completed.  To meet the parameters of the original project schedule, the design team had only five months to complete design.  In this short period, K&H provided design for an influent pump station, an elevated grit removal structure, a three-story containment building, a solids handling facility, and odor control facilities.
