The Naperville Town Centre is an upscale, 5-story mixed-use development located in the heart of downtown. The first floor level will house approximately 35,000 sq ft of retail space and restaurants and the upper floors will contain high-end condominiums. A new 850-car parking garage is attached to the new building and to an existing parking garage.
