This 12-story luxury hotel utilizes cast-in-place concrete flat plate framing with staggered columns and shear walls. A mat foundation design was implemented, which eliminated the need for deep foundations thereby significantly reducing the design-build construction schedule. Long-span steel framing supported on spread footings is used for the adjoining conference centers. The 10-story parking garage consists of precast concrete supported on concrete caissons.
