K&H worked with the Association for many years to plan for a window replacement project in this 29 story, twin-tower condominium complex from both financial and logistical efforts. Window manufacturers, installers and products were selected to meet performance requirements necessary for a high-rise building on Chicago’s lakefront. Developing a streamlined installation and minimizing disruption to individual residents were key considerations. Color and finish options were also carefully selected to improve the overall building aesthetics.
