K&H provided consulting and field engineering services during construction to alleviate chronic water infiltration into the 11th floor ceiling, damage of the masonry facade and roofing system on the 12th floor terrace. Prior to construction, K&H restoration engineers performed limited inspections to establish the existing roof system, determine its current condition and develop repair/replacement options. Following our investigation K&H determined the roof warranted replacement. A built-up modified bitumen system was recommended without the reinstallation of pavers.
