Water infiltration and wood deterioration compromised the structural integrity of many of the original aluminum clad wood casement windows in this 1980’s era building. K&H worked with the Association to initiate and coordinate a complete window replacement program. A two-tone window was selected to complement the existing masonry exterior and off-white unit interiors. Services also incorporated overcladding the building’s existing faded metal panel system resulting in a completely updated building exterior.
