With parking demand exceeding capacity at SEPTA’s Elwyn Station, patrons park on landscape islands within existing lots and along neighborhood streets. In advance of the line extension to Wawa, the Elwyn Station Parking Lot Expansion project will provide a new 90-space parking lot on the east side of the station.  Site improvements iinclude a bituminous parking lot, site lighting, storm water management and parking fee payment facilities.  K&H provided stormwater management system design, and coordinated review and permitting efforts with Middletown Township, Pennsylvania Fish and Boat, US Fish and Wildlife and the Delaware County Conservation District.
