K&H was retained to perform a non-invasive façade investigation to identify any potentially hazardous conditions on this 14-story, 1920s brick and marble former bank building now serving as a hotel. The initial visual inspection using high-powered binoculars was performed from ground and roof levels in order to develop a condition assessment report and construction documents detailing the recommended repairs were prepared. A masonry restoration contractor was retained to conduct the repair work at each elevation, providing swing-stage access for K&H hands-on inspection.
