Klein and Hoffman - Structural and Restoration Engineers

For more than 25 years the Owners have counted on K&H to take charge of the day-to-day inspection, maintenance and repair of the facades of their three building complex.  The 1929 Art Deco facade of the old North Building required a full investigation, assessment and work plan to prevent further deterioration.  The building’s landmark status presented additional hurdles to the facade repair program. Standard repairs were modified and augmented to achieve truly lasting and effective solutions to complex technical conditions under an aggressive two-year repair/restoration program.
