K&H was tasked with performing a condition assessment of this circa 1851, four-story brick row house by the architect representing an interested buyer, Bryn Mawr College. The interior and exterior structural elements, including walls, lintels, chimneys and exposed framing, were examined, and the observed deficiencies with causes and repair solutions were identified. The feasibility of installing a passenger elevator within the footprint of the building to access all floors was also addressed
