K&H developed a repair strategy to mitigate severe water infiltration problems and rehabilitate the rooftop chimney structures of a late 1980’s condominium complex located along the Atlantic Ocean. K&H developed a remediation/repair program that required the removal of the entire exterior stucco finish while leaving the original framing system in place. At the completion of repairs a new stucco finish system was installed.
