The restoration of this 1938 brick and stone masonry building was phased over several years. The total building footprint is approximately 77,000 square feet. A 1998 gym/cafeteria addition was also evaluated for water infiltration due to inappropriate flashing installations and poor construction techniques. K&H prepared repair details and provided bidding and construction administration services.
