Constructed in 1980, the 801 South Plymouth townhome complex houses 198 residential units with 37 roof terraces. The residents had reported a long history of problems with water entering into their units. K&H inspected half of the terrace decks in order to ascertain the cause(s) of the reported water problems. Given the existing roofing system’s age, combined with its inherent design deficiencies a full replacement of all the terrace deck roof systems was recommended.
