The original windows in this building were thermally inefficient and experienced substantial air and water infiltration problems leading to significant deterioration of adjacent structural concrete elements. K&H worked with the condominium association to develop a combined concrete repair and window replacement program that achieved the highest quality of concrete repairs while facilitating the installation of a dramatically different window system. Custom window and facade components were provided to enhance the building’s appearance and minimize future maintenance efforts.
