During Construction
The nine story public parking garage remained operational during repairs. Hydro-demolition was selected as the most economical approach to removing the top three inches of concrete on all decks. Unique challenges included continuous operation of the garage as well as the lobby and restaurant and shops directly below the parking garage, an original lightweight concrete mix that consisted of aggregates difficult to match, and current structural code compliance issues. Project was completed on schedule and on budget.
