Structural Rehab / Adaptive Reuse:

360 N Michigan is a twenty-one story landmark building located at the corner of Michigan and Wacker. Built on the former site of Fort Dearborn, it was originally designed as an office building. It is currently being converted into a hotel. The street facades are clad primarily in limestone, with decorative terra cotta coursings and enrichments at the 17th, 18th, and 21st floors. K&H was retained to perform a comprehensive façade investigation and determine a scope and extent of work and developed a large-scale masonry restoration over a very compressed schedule.
