The 2431 N. Lincoln Park garage is a two story structure comprised of two attached distinctively different structures built at different times. The investigation revealed significant concrete deterioration and structural concerns which were addressed in the construction documents. Carbon fiber was used to provide additional capacity for some of the structural elements. The successful completion of the work was the direct result of careful planning and close coordination with the commercial tenants below the garage space.
