Klein and Hoffman Wins 2011 Chicago Landmark Award
Klein and Hoffman wins preservation excellence award for the exterior restoration of 600 South Michigan Avenue on behalf of Columbia College. K&H served as the restoration engineer for the rehabilitation of limestone and brick facades on this historic Michigan Ave. building. This project included the complete removal and restoration of the 15th floor cornice and attic level wall cladding. Klein and Hoffman along with Columbia College, received the 2011 Chicago Landmark Award at a recent event held at the Chicago Cultural Center.
