Astellas Headquarters development wins 2012 Build to Suit Project of the Year.
Astellas Pharma U.S. Inc. North American headquarters won Build to Suit Project of the Year on Thursday at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards. MB Real Estate Services LLC and GlenStar Properties LLC. The dinner took place at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Goettsch Partners was the lead architect and Klein and Hoffman provided structural design services for the award winning 450,000sf facility.
