Project Challenge:
As part of the team for an over-all $500 million site master
plan, the Developer for this hotel needed an experienced design-build
team who could deliver an efficient, timely project.
Project Solution:
Klein and Hoffman (K&H) utilized our innovative triangulated
bay system for the concrete high-rise in order to maximize
floor span-to-thickness ratios.
Our mat foundation design successes were further implemented
in this high-rise to decrease the overall project schedule.
K&H also served as the engineer of record for the foundation
system of a new 10-story parking structure.
