Over the past three decades, Klein and Hoffman (K&H) has become an industry leader in the repair, rehabilitation and restoration of building facades and roofs. Our firm works closely with owners, building and facility managers, developers and other design professionals to provide services tailored to their specific needs. K&H is a recognized specialist in the field of renovation and restoration of vintage and historic structures. We provide the professional services, to both private and public sectors, necessary to: eliminate potential safety hazards; correct structural deficiencies; develop solutions for chronic air exfiltration and water infiltration problems; upgrade appearance and accommodate owners’ budgetary constraints. A key deliverable that K&H provides for clients is a structural Work Plan consisting of scope, extent, prioritized phasing and an opinion of cost. Professional services include: condition assessments, bid documents (drawings and specifications), bidding assistance, construction administration and peer reviews.
