We provide the professional services, to both private and public sectors, necessary to: eliminate potential safety hazards; correct structural deficiencies; develop solutions for chronic air exfiltration and water infiltration problems; upgrade appearance and accommodate owners’ budgetary constraints. A key deliverable that K&H provides for clients is a structural Work Plan consisting of scope, extent, prioritized phasing and an opinion of cost. Professional services include: condition assessments, bid documents (drawings and specifications), bidding assistance, construction administration and peer reviews.
