Curtainwall/Window

Klein and Hoffman (K&H) has extensive experience with a variety of curtainwall and window systems, including aluminum and glass, steel, wood and stone systems, among others. Exterior curtainwall and window-related services include general investigations, condition assessments, ongoing maintenance, serviceability issues, trouble-shooting, leakage remediation and project peer reviews. One area of specialization is the development and implementation of large-scale window replacement projects. K&H is frequently approached by clients wanting to eliminate air infiltration or water leakage issues, improve energy efficiency, address safety concerns, improve building aesthetics or otherwise enhance the quality and comfort of their interior environment. We work closely with property managers, architects, owners and specialty consultants providing education, experience, technical insight and those services necessary to complete a successful facade or window repair/replacement program. Our public and private portfolio includes a diverse group of building types ranging from low and mid-rise structures to prominent high-rise buildings, both new and vintage.
