Assessment and Resource Planning

In combining architecture with financial planning, Klein and Hoffman (K&H) provides a unique blend of services to a diverse client base. Assessment and Resource Planning considers the building's overall health rather than focusing solely on the structure or envelope. A principal objective is to conserve the client's financial assets while maintaining the building's value. K&H provides a wide variety of services ranging from Condition Assessment to Project Coordination. Each study is tailored to the client's individual needs and expectations and draws from company-wide service areas, as necessary, to produce the most effective reporting in terms of solving the client's requirements. Typical tasks include: Reserve Studies, Property Transition Reports, Due Diligence Reports, Pre-Purchase Reviews, Project Coordination of multiple sub-consultant contracts (i.e. Elevator Modernization Projects) or serving as Condominium Association's Architectural Representative in individual unit owners construction remodeling projects.
