Reserve Study

Typical Reports

A Reserve Study is a business tool that assists Building Ownership with long-range physical and financial planning. Each report includes a property review with an assessment of the general condition of each major building component and notes any observed deficiencies. Also included is a recommended capital expenditure schedule for a 20-year time-period and a cash-flow bar chart analysis to reflect projected expenditures and their relationship to the annual reserve contribution and reserve fund balances. The report serves as a guideline for Building Ownership to manage timely repairs, to undertake both planned and unexpected repair projects and to assist with protecting the building's value in the marketplace.
