Property Transition Report

Typical Reports

The purpose of a Transition Report is to provide the Building Ownership Organization with a document to avoid the need for litigation and to discuss warranty and deficiency resolution issues with the Developer. A Transition Report is typically requested shortly after a Developer turns over ownership of the property to the Building Ownership Organization. The Declarations and Permit Drawing Set are reviewed to verify if the building was delivered to new Ownership as was represented in the Documents. K&H then performs a physical evaluation of the common areas of the building in order to assess the general condition of the property and, if present, identify any observed deficiencies.
