K&H provides assistance to Building Ownership by operating
as Coordinator of the multiple disciplines or technologies
that are required during the undertaking of Capital Expenditure
Projects. Upgrades, rehabilitation or modernization of building
system components which serve building common areas or overall
building systems are often complicated, multi-phased, and
if not carefully planned, can be invasive to the daily operation
of a building. Coordination by a single consultant is beneficial
to organize the flow of communication, share information,
minimize potential conflicts, and maintain an accurate work
schedule and payment draws while providing sensitivity to
the day-to-day activities within the building.
