K&H serves as architectural representative to Building
Ownership by reviewing individual unit owner's interior remodeling
proposals or other individually undertaken construction projects
that affect building common elements or systems. The formalized
review process ensures that the proposed scope of modification
in units is performed in compliance with the Building's Construction
Rules and Regulations to assist with safeguarding the building
systems and common elements and provide a means toward maintaining
a quality standard of workmanship to protect the value of
the property.
