A Message From Our CEO on COVID-19

To our Clients and Project Teams:

As we all face the uncertainty, confusion and challenges associated with the outbreak and spread of the COVID-19 virus, at Klein & Hoffman our first concern is with the health and safety of members of our firm, our clients, project teams and the communities where we live and work during this developing health situation. But through it all we want to assure our clients and team members that we are committed to being as responsive and productive as possible during this difficult time, and to maintain project schedules, commitments and client deliverables.

We have instituted reasonable measures following proposed protocols to ensure the safest possible work environment for everyone:

• Our Offices are closed, and our employees are working remotely through at least April 7^th.
• We are eliminating in-person meetings, electronic meetings are being used successfully.
• Where ongoing construction activities are continuing, we are attempting to meet project specific needs where feasible, while heading good judgement and published guidelines.

You have our strong commitment to continue to serve our clients and project teams at the level of professionalism you have come to know from K&H.

We will monitor and review our guidelines and policies in the days and weeks ahead as the circumstances surrounding this national emergency response continue to evolve.
